Dieter Nuhr

Most people know Dieter Nuhr as a comedian or cabaret artist from numerous TV formats, his satirical annual review or as the host of “Nuhr im Erste” on ARD. Nuhr’s tour has been one of the most successful in German-speaking countries for more than 15 years.
What fewer people know: Nuhr studied fine arts at the former Folkwang School in Essen. He never stopped producing images, first as a painter, then as a photographer with self-made cameras, and later with professional equipment. In recent years he has had numerous exhibitions in galleries and museums.

The RTL Foundation – “We help children: Eye Clinic Zambia” supports the construction of an eye clinic in Zambia that specifically focuses on the treatment of children. The aim is to use simple surgical procedures to preserve young people’s eyesight and protect them from the threat of blindness. Blindness is a widespread problem in Zambia, particularly affecting children. Without early treatment, there is a risk of permanent blindness, which cannot be cured later. With your support we can enable many children to have a future with vision.
